Pair of Antique Edo Period Samurai Sword Menuki of Court Carriage Shakuduo & Gold, extremely rare (Certified Authenticity)

Imperial court carriages, which were used by Kyoto nobility during Heian period. Set in bespoke honoi display case, or they could be re-mounted within the binding of a fine katana tsuka-ito. The menuki are of decorative metal made by the most skilled artisans of their day.
